About the Role
As a Club Licensing & Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing club licensing standards across Oceania. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Overseeing Club Licensing for OFC, the OFC Pro League, and other competitions.
✅ Acting as the main point of contact for club licensing inquiries from OFC, Member Associations, and Clubs.
✅ Organizing and leading engaging training sessions, workshops, and compliance audits for clubs.
✅ Providing expert guidance and support to clubs throughout the licensing process.
✅ Monitoring and advising on Club Licensing standards, ensuring compliance with FIFA, OFC, and Confederation regulations.
✅ Enhancing administrative processes and documentation related to club licensing.
This role requires strong regulatory knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence in football governance.

Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking an individual with:
🔹 A strong understanding of football operations within club environments, ideally with experience in the Pacific region.
🔹 A tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
🔹 Proven expertise in club licensing systems, governance, and compliance.
🔹 Experience with auditing, regulatory frameworks, and financial reporting.
🔹 Familiarity with FIFA, OFC, and Confederation structures.
🔹 Excellent communication skills (English required; French is an asset).
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital project management tools.
🔹 Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours, including weekends.
🔹 Eligibility to drive in New Zealand and ability to pass required background checks.
Bonus: Additional language skills beyond English will be a plus! 🌍
