About the Role

As a Club Licensing & Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing club licensing standards across Oceania. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing Club Licensing for OFC, the OFC Pro League, and other competitions.
Acting as the main point of contact for club licensing inquiries from OFC, Member Associations, and Clubs.
Organizing and leading engaging training sessions, workshops, and compliance audits for clubs.
Providing expert guidance and support to clubs throughout the licensing process.
Monitoring and advising on Club Licensing standards, ensuring compliance with FIFA, OFC, and Confederation regulations.
Enhancing administrative processes and documentation related to club licensing.

This role requires strong regulatory knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence in football governance.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking an individual with:

🔹 A strong understanding of football operations within club environments, ideally with experience in the Pacific region.
🔹 A tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
🔹 Proven expertise in club licensing systems, governance, and compliance.
🔹 Experience with auditing, regulatory frameworks, and financial reporting.
🔹 Familiarity with FIFA, OFC, and Confederation structures.
🔹 Excellent communication skills (English required; French is an asset).
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital project management tools.
🔹 Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours, including weekends.
🔹 Eligibility to drive in New Zealand and ability to pass required background checks.

Bonus: Additional language skills beyond English will be a plus! 🌍
