Eligibility Criteria for CSL Recruitment 2025
Age Limit:
- Maximum age: 45 years as of 28th March 2025 (Born on or after 29th March 1980)
- OBC Candidates: 3 years relaxation
- SC Candidates: 5 years relaxation
- Ex-servicemen: As per government norms
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Scaffolder:
- Minimum qualification: Pass in X Std.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in general structural/scaffolding works
- Semi Skilled Rigger:
- Minimum qualification: Pass in IV Std.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in rigging, with 2 years experience in handling heavy machinery
Selection Process for CSL Recruitment 2025
The CSL selection process involves two stages:
- Practical Test:
- Scaffolder: 80 Marks
- Semi Skilled Rigger: 100 Marks
- Physical Test (for Scaffolders only): 20 Marks
Minimum Qualifying Marks:
- UR/EWS Candidates: 50% in each test
- OBC Candidates: 45% (for OBC reserved posts)
- SC Candidates: 40% (for SC reserved posts)
CSL Salary Structure 2025
Selected candidates will receive:
- Base Pay: ₹22,100/- per month
- Additional Compensation for Extra Work: Up to ₹5,530/- per month
