Eligibility Criteria for NIMSME Recruitment 2025
Director
- Educational Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Behavioral Science, Business Administration, Science, Social Sciences, Economics, Commerce, Engineering, or Technology.
- A Doctorate in Entrepreneurship Development is desirable.
- Experience:
- Officers from Central/State Government, Union Territories, PSUs, Autonomous Bodies, Universities, or similar organizations.
- Holding a post in Level 12 of the Pay Matrix, or having:
- 5 years of service in Level 11, or
- 7 years of service in Level 10, or
- 8 years of service in Level 9.
- Experience in industry, teaching, research, consultancy, or MSME sector.
- Salary: ₹78,800 – ₹2,09,200 (Level 12, 7th CPC Pay Matrix)
Faculty Member
- Educational Qualification:
- Master’s degree in the same relevant fields as the Director position.
- A Doctorate in Entrepreneurship Development is desirable.
- Experience:
- Officers from Central/State Government, Union Territories, PSUs, Autonomous Bodies, Universities, or recognized research/training institutes.
- Holding a post in Level 11 of the Pay Matrix, or having:
- 5 years of service in Level 10, or
- 7 years of service in Level 9, or
- 8 years of service in Level 8.
- Experience in industry, teaching, research, consultancy, or MSME sector.
- Salary: ₹67,700 – ₹2,08,700 (Level 11, 7th CPC Pay Matrix)
