Job Responsibilities
As a Food Counter Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, efficient, and well-stocked food counter. Your daily tasks will include:
✅ Preparing and handling food items – Heat, assemble, and serve simple food items following health and safety regulations.
✅ Portioning and wrapping food – Ensure take-out meals are correctly packaged for customers.
✅ Stocking and maintaining food supplies – Keep refrigerators, salad bars, and storage areas well-stocked and organized.
✅ Serving customers efficiently – Work at the food counter or buffet stations, taking and fulfilling customer orders promptly.
✅ Operating kitchen appliances – Use both manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and prepare food.
✅ Maintaining cleanliness – Keep workstations, equipment, and food preparation areas sanitized and orderly.

Job Requirements
To qualify for this role, applicants should meet the following requirements:
🔹 Language: Must be fluent in English for smooth communication with customers and staff.
🔹 Education: No formal education requirements such as a degree, diploma, or certificate are needed.
🔹 Experience: No prior experience is necessary—training will be provided. However, previous experience in food service or hospitality is an asset.
🔹 Physical Requirements: This job requires standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
