Eligibility Criteria for GIPARD Recruitment 2025
1. Core Faculty (Public Administration)
- Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Political Science from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum two years of experience in training officials and village-level workers.
- Additional Requirements: Certification in Direct Trainer Skills or Design of Training Programs, and a three-month certificate in computers.
2. Core Faculty (Information Technology)
- Educational Qualification: Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA) or M.Tech in Computer Science/IT.
- Experience: Minimum two years of experience in training.
- Additional Requirements: Certification in Direct Trainer Skills or Design of Training Programs.
3. Core Faculty (Social Work)
- Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Social Work.
- Experience: Minimum two years of experience in training.
- Additional Requirements: Certification in Direct Trainer Skills or Design of Training Programs, and computer knowledge.
4. Core Faculty (Environmental Sciences)
- Educational Qualification: Master’s degree in Environmental Science.
- Experience: Minimum two years of experience in training.
- Additional Requirements: Certification in Direct Trainer Skills or Design of Training Programs, and computer knowledge.
Age Limit:
- Maximum age: 42 years
- Age relaxation is applicable for Government servants, SC/ST/OBC candidates as per government rules.
