A brilliant young mind from Conyers, Georgia, is making headlines! At just 13 years old, Joshua Suddith II has been accepted into 27 colleges and has secured seven full-ride scholarships—an achievement that has left many in awe.
A Dream That Started at Age 4
From an early age, Joshua knew he wanted to attend Morehouse College, inspired by notable alumni like Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.. Now, at just 13, his dream has become a reality.
“I always saw myself at Morehouse,” Joshua shared. “Now, I’m actually going!”
But Morehouse isn’t the only prestigious institution that recognized his brilliance. His mother proudly revealed that he was accepted into 27 colleges and offered multiple full scholarships.
A Humble Genius with Big Plans
Despite his extraordinary success, Joshua remains grounded. “It feels surreal. I look at it and think, ‘Wow, that’s me,’” he said modestly.
His principal, Bryan Hilburn, described him as “a low-key type of kid who doesn’t seek the spotlight.”
But make no mistake—Joshua is not stopping here. His ambitions stretch far beyond college.
“I plan to study international affairs and become a developmental engineer. I just want to help people,” he explained.
A Born Leader and Role Model
Joshua is a student at Hills Academy, a faith-based institution in Conyers, where he has consistently stood out. His achievements aren’t limited to academics—he became a published author before turning 4 and is currently interning at the district attorney’s office!
“He wrote a book called ‘Brother Explorers, Go Fish,’” his mother, Chaundra Suddith, shared. “To us, he’s just Josh—this is who he’s always been.”
Joshua’s talent runs in the family. He has two younger brothers, both of whom have also skipped grades.
A Proud Legacy
Joshua’s father, Joshua Suddith Sr., couldn’t be prouder: “It’s an honor to see my first-born take our shared name to new heights.”
For Joshua, this moment is about more than personal success. “If someone sees me and what I’ve done, I hope they believe they can do it too,” he said.
His story is an inspiration—proof that with dedication and determination, even the most ambitious dreams can come true.
